Almost bought some fabric. The prices of these 2 items labeled on the shelf was$5.99 for one and $3.99 for the other. Same texture and fabric blend were located with the fabric I picked out.At the cutting counter, after they were all cut and measured, I asked the lady what the price came out to. ( I always check my receipts to make sure the prices are correct, and this time I wasn’t going to wait until after I paid for them). The lady said $7.99 for one and $4.99 for the other. Wait! There’s $3 total difference and she gave me an unbelievable explanation. I asked to talk to a manager. Never did come out and said that the manager stood by the register’s pricing. Well manager! You just lost a $36 sale!! How is that for profit?? As for their prices in other parts of the store… Hobby Lobby..here I come. There are barely enough workers to ask questions. And why have a clerk stand there to help you navigate the self checkout screen instead of checking you out instead. It makes the store feel cold and unwelcoming. So. I won’t be coming back to Michael’s in Great Falls. I hope the other stores elsewhere have not fallen that low in way of customer service.

I dropped off three items to be framed and had one photo printed on February 18. The total cost was nearly $1,000. At the time of the order, I was told everything would be ready for pickup on March 7. Although that seemed like a long turnaround time, I agreed and moved forward with the order. On March 6, I called the store because the employee who originally took my order mentioned it might even be ready a day or two early. During that call, I was informed that none of the items were completed and that it would be another week before everything would be ready. The employee I spoke with offered several excuses and asked if it was urgent that I pick the items up. While it may not have been urgent, the issue is that I paid a significant amount of money and was given a specific completion date. What was most frustrating is that the store had no plans to contact me to let me know the order would not be ready as promised. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be using the framing services at this location again.

What a cute craft store! There are lots of other things you could get like puzzles and home decor, I’d consider coming back here to buy a craft or two :)

We came in yesterday with a massive print to have reframed. The frame was we brought in was cracked and falling apart. We needed it reframed for auction and sweet Eryn took the time to help us pull it all apart and see what we were really working with. She explained the different styles to us and the necessity of a thicker frame due to the size and weight of the print. In the middle of us taking up both sides of her counter with this piece, she was also helping at least two and sometimes three other customers- always with a smile and knowledgeable explanations of the process and available options! Thank you so much for your time and all of your help yesterday, Eryn! You were phenomenal and made the process so easy!
